eChain Solution Architect strategically solves business needs with custom solutions, emerging technologies, and industry leading strategy and methodology

eChain Solution Architects are focused on solving business needs in a strategic manner. Decisions are evaluated against how they will allow the enterprise or a single software system to grow and perform in the long term. Great care is taken to create and identify opportunities for re-use. Budget, time to market, scalability and reuse are key decision factors in selecting the appropriate solution design from many alternatives.

eChain Solution Architects are focused on solving business needs in a strategic manner. Decisions are evaluated against how they will allow the enterprise or a single software system to grow and perform in the long term. Great care is taken to create and identify opportunities for reuse. Budget, time to market, scalability and reuse are key decision factors in selecting the appropriate solution design from many alternatives.

Because of the strategic bias, decisions that a Solution Architect will make often differ from those that a developer or a project manager will make. In many ways, the Architect acts as the business owner would if they were technically savvy. While a developer is working and focused on developing a software component and not necessarily how the components would work together, a Software Architect sees the big picture and defines the interaction between components.

eChain Technology Solution Architects will follow our proven methodology and approach to design the optimal solution and approach for your company. We will validate and consider your budget, time to market, scalability and reuse in the solution design. We will help you select solution and implementation partners and strategic alliances that support your solution goals, and we will grow and evolve those relationships to foster a win-win relationship for all players in the common goal of successfully delivering your solution.
