WCO Appoints Joe Dugan Chief Executive Officer and David Parker Chairman

Mr. Joe Dugan, currently President, will assume the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dugan has had an extensive background in technology leadership for Answerthink Consulting, Oracle and Cambridge Technology Group. Mr. Poole, who Mr. Dugan is succeeding as CEO, will continue to serve WCO as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. David Parker, currently a member of the board, will assume the role of non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Parker will continue in his current role as Managing Partner of Interprise Technology Partners, L.P., a major shareholder of WCO. Mr. Robert Shaw, previous Chairman of WCO will continue to serve WCO as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Parker has had an extensive background in leading companies in supply chain management, logistics and food distribution.
