Gloucester, MA - September 15, 2005 - International sourcing specialist TradeStone Software has named Joe Dugan as president of the company, bringing in a technology industry veteran with a history of promoting growth at solution providers.

As president Dugan will be responsible for building the company's sales and marketing structure. He will spearhead all business development initiatives while assembling a sales and marketing team to execute and drive TradeStone's growth in the coming year.

In his most notable past role, Dugan acted as managing director of Interprise Supply Chain|solutions at Answerthink Consulting, where he spearheaded a growth strategy that saw the firm's sales grow from $2 million to $100 million in just 18 months. He also was a member of the executive team driving Answerthink's successful initial public offering.

Previously he directed the expansion of Oracle's Applications business throughout the retail and consumer products goods markets, leveraging large enterprise solutions with key global customers. In addition, he has worked at such companies as Cambridge Technology Group, World Commerce Online and Vizional Technologies.

This is the second time Dugan and TradeStone CEO Sue Welch have teamed up, having previously worked together at retail software provider QRS.

"Bringing Joe on board is a major step forward for TradeStone," said Welch. "Joe has the remarkable ability to kick-start major initiatives just as he joins an organization, and we're confident he'll do that here at TradeStone."

"TradeStone addresses a need within the retail market that has been overlooked by the other key players in the industry: JDA, Oracle, and SAP," said Dugan. "With its 'unified buying process' approach, TradeStone offers something no other company can match."
