Salary Typical Starting Salary of $100,000

Bonus Bonus potential of 50% of your annual salary based entirely on your own metrics and paid quarterly

Personal Time Beach time is accrued by utilization: One month of 90% utilization = one week beach time (12 weeks per year potential earned paid time off)

Utilization Bonus 50% of your bonus is based on your utilization. Utilization of 95% for the quarter will earn you the entire bonus payment which is paid quarterly

Sales and Recruiting 50% of your bonus is sales based. Grow/expand your opportunity, recruit billable associates, upsell a current account, sell a new opportunity for eChain, etc., and you get a piece of their billable margin, again measured and paid quarterly

Recruiting Bonus Make $5.00 per hour from each invoiced hour generated by someone you recruit for one of our existing openings

Sales Bonus Make $5.00 per hour from each invoiced hour generated from new project opportunities that you bring to us and we are able to successfully staff

For 2008: Full-time hiring opportunities for key people to support i2 functional and/or technical implementations of i2 Transportation Manager (TM), Transportation Optimizer (TO) and Supply Chain Visibility (SCV) version 6.2 or later. We need solution architect, implementation and execution capability for blueprinting sessions (design), visibility, and network analysis using Supply-Chain Strategist and/or TMod.

For 2008: Microsoft infrastructure support needed for server install, infrastructure, exchange/email, firewall, remote access, configuration, SharePoint installation and SharePoint customization. We are seeking several people for full time or part-time support for any or all of these Microsoft capabilities. Certifications are preferred, however we will support the right individuals becoming Microsoft certified.
