Project: Strategic Initiative for Studio Release, Theme Park Attraction, Targeted Merchandising, Theme Park Events and Merchandising
Project included Strategic Opportunity framing and conceptualization with Senior Executives,
Value Analysis, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Coordination and set up of Management Team,
Optimized Planning, Alignment with Senior Executives across four major divisions. Alignment
with Operating Departments within the divisions. Metrics establishment and tracking.
Alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.
Results included a new approach to integrating around a feature product to significantly
increase market awareness & buzz, studio/theme park / merchandising / gaming revenues
(including the introduction of new revenue producing products and events), box office receipts,
home video, new media initiatives.
To date, over $1B incremental revenue to the company and counting based on
non-integrated product releases. Over $250 MM increased revenues to key external stakeholders.
Global Home Video Project: Strategic Initiative for Category Captain leveraging VMI at major retailers
Project included Strategic Opportunity Assessment with Senior Executives with the Home Video Division,
Value Analysis, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Alignment with other Studio's Home Video Operations,
Outsourcing Analysis, M&A Analysis, Alignment with Major Retailers, Alignment with Studio Operations
and Producers, Optimized Planning and Supply Chain Assessment. Set up of Management Team and IT
Support/Strategy. Implementation Coordination and Management.
Results included a new approach to strategic partnership with Retailers managing all video
content at Wal-Mart, Best Buy and four other major retailers. Revenue increase of 15%, profit
increase of 18%.
Large Conglomerate Content Provider Project: Direct Delivery of Content to Consumer Strategy (On-Going)
Project includes Strategic Opportunity Assessment, Approach and Framework, Technology Strategy,
Content Protection Assessment, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Review of Possible Channel
Conflicts, Value Analysis, Merger and Acquisition targeting analysis, Strategic Partnership
targeting analysis. As a subset, additional strategic initiatives developed from this project
will be spun off on a prioritized basis. Content included Studio Release Video, Companion
Features / Products, Gaming and Customer Experience Media.

A Value Analysis, Increased Revenue Analysis utilizing New Media Technologies as well
as prioritization and integration of strategic initiatives produced.
