2006 Tectura eChain Technology was brought into
Tectura, Microsoft's leading MBS Partner to provide enterprise
engagement management, turn-around support and organizational
alignment recommendations to support multiple delayed and at-risk
Axapta ERP implementations in process. eChain provided organization
change recommendations, restructuring of the development and engagement
support approach, and hands-on account management to achieve go-live
and project closure of several of these accounts, with the remaining
significantly on the way to acceptance at the end of the engagement.
During the engagement, more eChain managed at-risk accounts went
live than with the entire remainder of the Axapta practice, and
development capacity improved 10x with fewer resources.
